Eyebrow Microblading in Kansas City

There are several different techniques used for tattooing eyebrows. One is the traditional solid brow using a coil/rotary machine which has been upgraded to a soft this powdered more solid brow. The other is Microblading which resembles natural eyebrow hair strokes. We can do a combination of these 2 techniques to create different looks for a combo brow. For example, the brow at the bride of the nose can be microblade and the arch and tail can be solid, or the entire eyebrow can be microblade and then the spine of the brow shaded in. Another combination would be at the beginning of your brow do a shading technique called hombre which gives a less defined softer look while the rest of the brow is done slightly darker with more concentrated pigment.

Microblading, also known by a variety of names such as eyebrow embroidery, microstroking, feather touch and hair like strokes is a form of permanent makeup that provides a means to partially or fully camouflage missing eyebrow hair with the appearance of simulated hair using fine deposits of cosmetic tattoo pigments.

Microblading is performed using aseptic technique (as well as all permanent makeup procedures), needles are always sterile and single use, Tina and associates/ apprentices disinfect the area of the skin prior to the tattoo service and clinical grade single use associated equipment and consumables used.

This technique is a unique process tailored to benefit individuals who desire brow definition, to cover gaps of lost hair, to extend an area, or full reconstruction if the brows have little/no hair. Choosing an artist with expertise and impressive technique is critical for achieving impressing naturally enhanced brows; Because each stroke is done individually, master artist Tina is able to perfect the patient specific shape, color and density.

To help prevent brows from getting soaked washing hair you may want to have freshly washed hair the day of your procedure as well as some spray dry shampoo.
