Her creative nature and outgoing personality make her a perfect complement and assistant to Tina Burch. She has a hand in most social media and communications involving Let’s Face It and loves seeing clients be transformed every day at the studio in Martin City.

Victoria Burch

ASSISTANT PMU TRAINER / SENIOR ARTIST

Victoria is a natural born artist that comes from generations of people in the beauty industry. She especially loves the satisfaction her job gives her in helping others feel better about themselves visually, and giving them the confidence they sometimes never know they had. She views every eyebrow as a piece of living art and she takes her utmost time designing, measuring and making sure everything is absolutely perfect and tailored to each individual’s bone structure. “My mission as a microblading artist is not to change who you are, but to compliment your own beautiful natural features, remembering that each face is already equipped with its own unique design.Oh and to give you some beautiful, banging perfectly tailored eyebrows to wake up to everyday.” – Victoria Burch

Emily Hale

ASSISTANT PMU TRAINER / ARTIST

Emily has been with Let’s Face It since 2019. Taking the apprenticeship through the Let’s Face It program and graduating, she has since advanced in her understanding in cosmetic  and medical tattooing. Emily prides herself in her work and her artistic abilities. She has always had a passion for the makeup industry and an immense appreciation for all forms of art. A satisfying factor for her in this career is the ability to recreate features and enhance clients natural beauty. She is always honored to be part of someone’s  transformative journey.

Thomas
FRESHMAN

Thomas has been a Master Barber and Stylist in the Kansas City area for 20 years. While specializing in razor and shear work, he also has 15 years of color experience and knowledge to contribute to his study of Permanent Makeup. Having used his razor on brows for years, he’s always been interested in the shaping of brows and the art of framing the face. Thomas has added powder brows and micropigmentation to his skillset. Although he is a freshman here he continues his education in a passionate way.

Riley Jay
FRESHMAN

Riley is a 23-year-old, Kansas City native with a background in esthetics. She looks forward to combining her knowledge of skincare with her love of makeup to help her clients feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. Riley is always learning and bettering herself to provide the best client experience possible. If not immersed in the beauty industry, Riley can be found spending time with her dog Boo, enjoying lake time with friends and family or enjoying true crime.

Angel
APPRENTICE

Angel and her husband have been together for 17 years with three kids: Avery (9), Emersyn (8) and Ashton (6). As a family they have a 6-pound maltipoo named Harry.

Angel enjoys spending every waking moment with her family as that is of the utmost importance to her and she enjoys a good movie, dinner and day of shopping with them.

She is super stoked to embark on the new and exciting adventure that is Permanent Makeup. Having been in the restaurant business for almost a decade now, she decided it was time for a change. She is inspired and intrigued in this new method of artistry. She loves how it can transform a person and how it brings out the beauty and confidence in each individual. She is excited to be able to make an impact in women’s lives through this artistic craft.

Angel wishes to achieve this goal by immersing herself into the industry through the best teachers, experts and fellow artists and to be her very own best Permanent Makeup Artist.

Marissa
APPRENTICE

Marissa has been an esthetician for Beauty Brands for nine years now and in her time there she has developed many talents in skin, waxing, spray tans and makeup. Out of the 55 estheticians employed by Beauty Brands she is number eight in sales of services provided. She has a passion to learn, grow and increase her potential financial growth. She loves waking up every day knowing she will make a difference in the way a person feels and looks. This is the rewarding career she has always wanted to accomplish.
