Emily has been an essential member of the Let’s Face It Dream Team since graduating from the apprenticeship program in the summer of 2020. Since then, she has continuously refined her skills in both cosmetic and paramedical tattooing. With a lifelong passion for makeup and a deep appreciation for all forms of art, Emily brings creativity and attention to detail to every procedure. Whether enhancing brows, lips and eyeliner, restoring features through paramedical tattooing, or creating subtle, natural-looking enhancements, her work is driven by a desire to help others feel confident and beautiful.
For Emily, one of the most rewarding parts of her career is witnessing the transformative impact her services have on her clients. She is honored to be part of their journey, whether it’s simplifying their daily routine or restoring their sense of self after life-changing events. She takes the time to understand their unique needs, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and valued every step of the way.

SOPHOMORE Licensed Artist
Riley is a 26-year-old, Kansas City native with a background in esthetics and she graduated from the LFI apprenticeship program in early 2023. She loves combining her knowledge of skincare with her love of makeup to help her clients feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. Riley is learning to better herself to provide the best client experience possible. If not immersed in the beauty industry, Riley can be found spending time with her dogs Boo and Maggie, enjoying time with friends and family or enjoying true crime.
Riley offers permanent brow services, lip blushing, eyelash enhancement, microchanneling, brow and lash tinting.

Dana is originally from Fairbanks, Alaska but found her new home in 2021 in Kansas City, Missouri. Her journey into permanent makeup began with her own brows. Sonia has 35 years in the spa and beauty industry. She is an electrologist, cosmetologist and massage therapist and has had her business since 2001 in Kansas. Sonia is devoted to her work and loves helping others feel their best. She has dreamed of doing permanent cosmetics since 2004 when she attended the International Esthetics, Cosmetics and Spa Convention in Las Vegas. Well now her dream is coming true! Alyssa, a faithful mother of 2, has always had a strong passion for makeup and paying attention to detail. This enthusiasm inspired her to learn the art of Permanent Makeup. At Let’s Face It, Alyssa’s goal is to obtain the highest level of training and use the best equipment to give each client a highly individualized Permanent Makeup procedure. Her mission as an artist is not to change who you are but to compliment your beautiful features. She believes in what the power of transformation can provide for clients giving them more confidence and joy. She absolutely loves making people feel good about themselves!

As licensed esthetician and being in the beauty industry since graduating high school, beauty has been a passion for Franchesca. She has been contemplating learning permanent makeup for a long time and finally decided to jump into our apprenticeship program in the Spring of 2025. She is committed to education and learning new skills. She is a perfectionist and finds it rewarding to be able to use her skills to enhance her client’s beauty. She enjoys seeing their faces light up at the end of a service. In her free time, you can find her in the gym, taking care of her plants or hanging out with family and friends.
